Every child hums naturally, without worrying about being judged or afraid of singing off-key.

Think about it for a moment. You probably also used to hum as a child, simply because it felt good and made you happy.

That’s the right mindset for this experience!

After all, who doesn’t sing when they’re alone?

Maybe in the shower, in the car to unwind from a stressful day, or simply because you’re in a good mood.

This shows that singing has a positive effect on our mental and emotional well-being.

But what happens when we sing in front of others?

This is where social conditioning comes in: the fear of being off-key or of being made fun of.

This fear of putting ourselves out there limits us and keeps us from fully enjoying our self-expression.

But singing with others helps us overcome these initial fears and doubts. It allows each of us to find our place within the team, making us feel part of a single, larger whole, while also knowing we’re an important part of that whole.

The phases of the activity are simple.

We divide into groups according to vocal tone so that everyone’s individual abilities can be matched to the overall sound, allowing us to sing as one.

Each choir section learns its part, and then we come together for the main event: the final performance, where all the different musical parts come together to create our Corporate Choir!
